Catalog badges are always $10, any quantity. Custom designs price by run size.

Setup fee
- $0 on standard logo uploads (PNG, SVG, or PDF).
- $25 flat, one time, for complex multi-color logo prep: separating colors and simplifying for print.
Rush and multi-address
- Rush: +50% to the order total, 48-hour turnaround when capacity allows.
- Shipping to each person's address for distributed teams: $3 per address.

You approve or tweak
Two free rounds of revisions. Most orders land on the first proof.
We print and ship
Made to order in the USA, tracking the moment it ships. To one address or to each person's door for distributed teams.
Lead time at a glance
- Single custom badge: 5 to 7 business days.
- Custom runs up to 24 units: 5 to 7 business days.
- 25 to 49 units: 7 to 10 business days.
- 50+ units: quoted per job, usually 10 to 15 business days.
- In a hurry? Rush is +50% to the order total, 48 hours when capacity allows.
What we'll need from you
- A logo file if it's a logo job. PNG, SVG, or PDF works best, but even a phone photo is fine to start.
- Your color preference, or "match my brand" with a link to your site.
- Quantity and ship-by date.
- Shipping address, one or many. We ship to each person's address for distributed teams at $3 per address.
